General Conditions

• These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement.
• Healthy Nation Lab reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• Services are strictly non-transferable.
• Misuse or unlawful activity may result in termination of access.

Eligibility & User Responsibility

• You are 18 years of age or above.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• Information provided by you must be accurate and complete.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Sample Collection & Reporting

Sample collection may be conducted at home or laboratory premises. Report timelines are indicative and delays may occur due to operational or force majeure reasons.

Diagnostic services are NOT intended for medical emergencies.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before service initiation.
• Healthy Nation Lab is not liable for payment gateway issues.
• Prices may change without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested before sample collection. No cancellation shall be permitted once sample collection is completed.

Refund Policy

• Refunds apply only in verified exceptional cases.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–30 working days.
• No refunds after tests or reports are completed.

Retesting Policy

Retesting requests must be raised within 3 days of report delivery and are subject to internal quality approval.

No Medical Advice Disclaimer

Healthy Nation Lab does not provide medical advice. All reports must be reviewed by a qualified medical professional.

Limitation of Liability

Healthy Nation Lab shall not be liable for medical decisions, delays due to force majeure, or indirect damages. Liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos and materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Healthy Nation Lab. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Force Majeure

Healthy Nation Lab shall not be liable for delays or failures due to events beyond its reasonable control.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
