This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to
diagnostic tests and lab services booked with Healthy Nation Lab.
1. Appointment Cancellation Policy
- Test appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled sample collection time.
- Cancellation requests made after sample collection or test initiation will not be eligible for a refund.
- Same-day cancellations may be considered on a case-to-case basis at management’s discretion.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be applicable only if the test has not been conducted or the sample has not been collected.
- If a test is cancelled due to technical issues, equipment failure, or inability to process the sample from our end, a full or partial refund may be provided.
- No refund will be provided once the test process has started or reports have been generated.
3. Rescheduling of Tests
Patients may request rescheduling of their test appointment at least 24 hours prior
to the scheduled time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
4. Sample Collection Issues
- If a sample is deemed unsuitable for testing, patients may be requested to provide a fresh sample.
- In case re-collection is not possible, a refund or alternative test may be offered.
5. Delayed or Inaccurate Reports
While we strive to deliver accurate and timely reports, delays due to technical or
operational reasons may occur. Such delays do not automatically qualify for a refund
unless deemed appropriate by management.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during booking.
